Sysco is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Compensation, Mobility & International Total Rewards, you will play a key role within our Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (COE).
In this role, you will partner with our EMEA businesses to provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits, while also supporting the wider Total Rewards COE with the delivery of core annual reward processes. This includes annual incentives, salary review cycles, and the administration of long‑term incentive plans, including grant and vesting activities.
We welcome applications from candidates across Europe and will discuss country‑specific employment arrangements during the recruitment process.
The position also involves occasional travel to international markets and the US, so you should be comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will bring solid experience in international reward, ideally covering markets such as Great Britain, France, Ireland, and Sweden. Experience within a US‑based matrix organisation is highly desirable.
You will have a proven track record in implementing job architectures and job grading frameworks, supported by strong hands‑on experience with a global HRIS platform, which is essential for success in this role. Experience with Workday—particularly core HR, compensation modules, and basic reporting—would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
You’ll also be comfortable managing manual administrative tasks, coordinating process steps, and overseeing Workday inbox actions and service support tickets.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors. You will also bring expertise in data analytics, with the ability to interpret compensation and benefits data and translate it into actionable insights for leadership.
Ideally, you will also have a solid understanding of global labour laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to compensation and benefits.
